GETTING To The Venue
Shuttle Bus Pickup From Accommodation
Shuttle busses will be provided from one of our three accommodation options on the morning of the 6th and 7th to take you to the venue. Please complete the registration form below to inform us of your accommodation arrangements.
Arriving by Car
From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Twickenham Stadium is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout. Please do leave additional time if you are arriving at the stadium during peak travel hours as the A316 can be busy during this time.
Parking at the stadium is free of charge. For all events in the South and West stand, parking is available in the main car park (accessed via the main gate on Rugby Road) and for all events in the North or East, please park in the north car park (accessed via the main gate on Rugby Road, TW1 1DZ for sat nav).

The Richmond Hill Hotel is a 15 minute drive from the meeting venue. However, the hotel is situated in the beautiful borough of Richmond. Close to many shops, restaurants, Richmond Park, and the River Thames.

After the full day of meetings we will be holding a dinner on the evening of the 4th June. Please confirm your attendance in the registration form.
